Hi, On the one hand, there's no way bookies would be able to survive with £2 max stake, (therefore costing jobs) and horse racing will decline, but on the other there is a moral responsibility. £100 is a lot of money, and its been shown bookies target low-affluent areas, so the people that spend that money might be do so at the expense of rent, or other costs. What do you think? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
